Backed by a deep understanding of commercial real estate and energy, we saw a huge opportunity for the industry to harness the power of data, machine learning, and intuitive software to reduce their carbon footprint profitably. Unlike other platforms, we prioritized empowering operating engineers—the frontline of building operations—to enact real-time change.
