David Falk is the president of the New York Tri-State Region for Newmark. Mr. Falk has served as the president for the brokerage’s New York operations since 2009, and he’s also one of the top commercial real estate brokers in the city. He and his team are the exclusive leasing agents for more than 28 million square feet.
Mr. Falk started his career at brokerage Williams Real Estate and joined Newmark in 1996. He was named executive managing director and partner at Newmark in 2000. Born in 1961, he graduated from the University of Arizona and earned a master’s in marketing from New York University.
